Introduction
BOPP aluminized film use
The main uses include: good stiffness, instead of VMCPP for the
food packaging industry (fries, coffee, snacks, biscuits, etc.),
and also used in the tape industry as the outer packaging of
outdoor air conditioners.

Aluminized on one side can be used for printing, laminating, heat
sealing on the other side, corona treatment, normal temperature
heat sealing, good gloss, strong aluminum layer adhesion, good
flatness, dimensional stability, low static electricity, excellent
flatness, heat sealing strength Well, the aluminized film should
not be in direct contact with food.

The corona effect of BOPP:
In order to increase the surface tension of the film and the
bonding strength between the film and the ink, the surface must be
corona treated before printing. BOPP is a non-polar polymer with
high chemical stability and low surface tension, making it
difficult to be infiltrated by most inks and solvents.
