Garbage film recycling line is designed for crushing, washing,
drying garbage films.
The basic process as follow:
Belt conveyor – Plastic crusher - Friction washing dewater – High
speed friction washer – Double V bottom floating washer – screw
discharger – High speed dewater – Air conveying system – Hoper.
We give customer suggestion and device according to customer's
materials. Different materials, device of recycling machines are
different.

Advantages:
Sand/grass remover: it can remove sand and impurities from garbage
films and rate is 55%-75%.
Friction washing dewater: It is pre-friction washing garbage films
from crusher and remove most dirty water in PE film.
PE film squeezer: Final moisture of PE film after high speed
dewater is around 15%. It also can use PE film squeezing dryer
instead of dewater and final moisture is 3-5%. Or use PE film
squeezing pelletizer instead of dewater, final products like
popcorns, final moisture content around 1%.
Floating washer: Floating washer bottom is designed as coned with
dirty discharging valve. While cleaning the floating washer, just
need to open the valve, no need manual cleaning
