Technical Requirements
1. Smooth surface without burrs, inner steel pipe material: 45#, outer steel pipe material: 20#,
surface shot blasting phosphating treatment.
2. The rubber material is polyurethane rubber, hardness HB75-80,
tensile strength greater than 21MP, elongation greater than 300%.
3. The inner steel pipe and rubber shall be firmly bonded, no
degumming and crack shall be found under axial compression of 50KN,
and the compression curve shall be complete without fluctuation.
4. Undeclared chamfer: 0.5 * 45 °
