Process

KNNJOO mesh belt shot blasting machine can be optimized and integrated into your production process. The workpiece can be directly taken off the conveyor and subjected to continuous shot blasting. A mesh belt made of manganese steel transports the workpiece to the shot blasting chamber. The high-efficiency shot blasting machine is installed at a specific angle facing the direction of the workpiece, and even complex-shaped workpieces can be safely shot blasted in the continuous stroke. The number and power of the shot blasting device, as well as the passing speed of the parts, can be selected according to the required shot blasting effect, and the set processing speed can be smoothly integrated with your existing production line.

Shot cleaning

In the shot blasting process, dust, broken shots and other solid particles or pollutants (particles) are produced by the rust and oxide scale removed from the workpiece. The particles are separated in the shot recovery unit, which can be adjusted according to different types and sizes of shot blasting media. The pellet recovery unit consists of an impact separator and a filter cartridge dust collector. The impact separator removes particles from the pellets and acts as a certified spark arrestor and complies with ATEX regulations. The cartridge filter provides the necessary negative pressure to remove dust. It can be installed separately beside the shot blasting machine. The dust collector is automatically cleaned by compressed air pulses, with adjustable intensity and duration. All components of the dust collector have fire-resistant properties. Alternatively, a wet dust removal unit can be used for necessary dust removal. This is often used in aluminum alloy die casting.
