Automatic Toilet Tissue Paper Embossing Perforating Making Machine
has been integrated with the internationally advanced PLC
technology. It has variable speed adjustment and touch human-machine interface operating system. It adopts newly designed glue applicator unit which makes the
gluing more uniform. It can add 1-3 colors’ water ink printing
system for printing diversified fine pattern, brand which is with
characters of clear and bright printing, exact overprint, high
speed and stable running.
Feature
1. Automatic core loading and positioning, after rewinding a roll
of paper, paper tube will be placed in the next predetermined
position and start to rewinding the paper roll.
2. Automatic trimming, gluing and sealing: After completion of
paper roll, automatic cut off the web, and glue spraying, and then
automatic sealing,the whole paper roll is finish
3. When the finished log come to tail sealer, trimming, glue
spraying and sealing can be finished at the same time.
