1. Three roll sof fabric are automatically aligned and fed,and
bilateral symmetrical ultrasonic continuous blanking;
2. The nose clip are automatically cut and welded by ultrasonic.
3. The ear loop are automatically welding by ultrasonic.
4. The machine adopt 9sets servo motor to control
machine,highproductionefficiency.
The machine can make the 1--4 levels mask blank according for the
customer's require with a high output; You can adjust the size of
the mask blank and the folding location； The direction of the
earloop is outside； Compared with sub-mask production equipment,
this set of equipment more efficient, more econo mical artificial；
The computer program control and photoelectric detection make it
have a high reliability and low failure rate；

stay in the buyer’s country, including round airplane tickets,
accommodation, and food .

3. What should we charge for your engineer?
--You should charge for the cost of our engineer's visa, air
tickets, hotel, food, and also their salary 100USD one day per
person.
4. How long is your machine's warranty period?
--All our machine have one year guarantee, starting from finished
installation.
5. How could we do after one year warranty period?
--We also can do service for you, but you need pay salary for my
technician 100USD/day.
6. How could we do if the parts broken within warranty?
--We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty
date.
