Application:

Double drum cable pulling winch is a construction tool for erecting high voltage transmission lines and laying underground cables, which can be used for lifted and tracted smoothly and conveniently under various complex conditions. It has the advantages of small volume, flexible operation and convenient handling.

Features:

1. The design concept of fixed shaft is adopted to eliminate the torsion produced by the traditional twin-drum grinding of moving shaft so as to increase the stability of the grinding operation.

2. The power and gearbox are driven by belt or shaft connection and equipped with transmission clutch; the gearbox adopts three gears to change speed, so the transmission efficiency is higher.

3. There are two kinds of brake devices, automatic clamping brake and clutch rotating interlocking brake, which play a braking role in both positive and negative directions.

4. If the prime mover fails during the working process of the machine and the suspended object is suspended in the air, the hand-rocking device can be moved and the suspended object can be put back to the ground.

5. The gear shifting rod is equipped with a self-positioning device of down-pressure rebound, which can effectively prevent the machine from being out of gear when it is running.

6. Power source can customize diesel engine or motor according to customer's demand.
