packaging configurations.
2. General Description
This equipment is a tissue paper roll packing machine to wrap
toilet paper, maxi roll and paper towel roll automatically. It
normally connects with non-stop rewinding machine and log saw
cutting machine as a converting line. The packing material is
plastic film, PE or other film material. It is three-dimensional
packing style. The finished package is be sealed on both sides and
bottom sides. Handle applicator is optional. This kind of packing
style is very popular in many countries. Highly efficient packaging
machine for wrapping different configurations of toilet rolls and
kitchen towels on a single layer or double layer. It can also wrap
a single roll or two maxi rolls by FOLD&SEAL style. Due to full
servo control, this wrapper is extremely flexible and user
friendly.
Conveyor design
Four-channel motorized belt conveyor, about 4meters long,
controlled by inverter, for rolls accumulation.
The group includes series of photo-eyes sensors for controlling the
right position and the presence of rolls.
