Application of metal baler machine
Materials: iron / steel: scrap iron, light and thin materials,
scrap, car shell, scrap, waste oil bucket, bicycle frame, lathe
chips, shavings, iron chips, steel chips, color steel tiles,
stainless steel.
Scrap aluminum: aluminum chips, aluminum shavings, aluminum
profiles, doors and windows, cans, aluminum foil, aluminum alloy.
Scrap copper: copper wire, copper plate, copper scrap, copper
shavings, copper wire
Features of metal baler machine
1. All models of metal baler machine are hydraulic driven (or
diesel driven).
2. The discharging mode of the machine body can be selected from
different ways, such as turn over, forward out or taking bale
manually.
3. The device is simple and does not need to be fixed. In places
without power supply, diesel engine can be used as power.
4. There are ten levels of extrusion force from 63 tons to 400 tons
for users to choose, and the output power ranges from 5 tons /
shift to 50 tons / shift.
5. The material box is large, and the bale is convenient. The
suction cup or hydraulic claw can be used for packing, saving labor
cost and reducing production cost.
Structure composition of metal baler machine
The metal baler machine is composed of main frame system, hydraulic
system and auxiliary components.
Main frame system: high quality thickened steel plate, gas welding,
casting solid frame, advanced mechanical design makes the equipment
durable.
Hydraulic system: hydraulic pump, solenoid valve, oil seal of
hydraulic cylinder and other key components use imported
accessories, which makes the packing pressure high, fast, durable
and low noise.
Electric control system (optional): original domestic electrical
control, travel switch, button, ensure quality.
