TMS-800 cable wire recycling machine is a complete set of copper recycling plant. The separation and recovery of copper and plastic in the process of cable crushing are completed by the separation equipment. 1. The layout of production line is compact and space utilization is high.
2. Intelligent control, high degree of automation, overload automatic shutdown protection.
3.The separation system adopts multi-layer high-precision separation, frequency conversion control, and the separation rate can reach 97% - 99%.
4. The crushing system adopts high strength alternating cutter shaft with high efficiency. The blade is made of special alloy material with long srevice life.
5. The operation process of the equipment is closed, with additional bag dust removal and air filtration system to ensure the loss of materials and dust emission.
Working process of cable wire recycling machine
The equipment through the first crusher crush the bulk materials into 5-10cm, then convey into the shredder for second shred, final material is less than 5mm ( second shreder have 3mm, 4mm 5mm shredder net ). After the screening of magnetic separator, some iron and other magnetic substances are separated, copper and plastice are separated by the vibrating separator, dust is collected by the collector. Whole plant under control by PLC.
