Product Description

Acrylic, also known as PMMA or plexiglass, is derived from Acrylic (Acrylic plastic) and its chemical name is polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA).

It is an important plastic polymer material developed earlier, with good transparency, chemical stability and weather resistance, easy dyeing, easy processing, beautiful appearance, and has been widely used in the construction industry. Plexiglass products can usually be divided into pouring board, extrusion board and molding plastic.

Specification

1. Crystal-like transparency, light transmittance above 92%, soft light, clear vision, dye coloring acrylic has a very good color effect.

2. Acrylic plate has excellent weather resistance, high surface hardness and gloss, as well as good high-temperature performance.

3. Acrylic plate has good processing performance, which can be either hot-formed or mechanically processed.

4. Transparent acrylic sheet has light transmittance comparable to glass, but its density is only half that of glass. In addition, it is not as fragile as glass, and if broken, it does not form sharp fragments like glass.

5. The wear resistance of acrylic plate is close to that of aluminum, with good stability and resistance to various chemical corrosion.

6. Acrylic plate has good printability and spraying ability. The use of appropriate printing and spraying technology can give the acrylic products ideal decorative effect on the surface.

7. Fire resistance: it does not spontaneously ignite, but it is inflammable. It does not have self-extinguishing.
