CR-12 full hydraulic core drilling machine is a new type of full
hydraulic core drilling machine designed and manufactured by
Sinocoredrill Group which based on the independent research and
development of the advanced technology of the same type drilling
machine at home and abroad.
The rig has reasonable layout, compact structure, superior
performance, simple operation and convenient maintenance. It is the
ideal coring drilling equipment.
1. Machine features:
The machine adopts full hydraulic drive and walks on steel track.
The power head is driven by variable pump and variable motor, and
the machinery has four stepless speed regulation, with advanced and
simple structure. The cylinder is directly fed into the system, the
motion is stable and reliable; The mast can adjust the opening
Angle in the range of 0° ~ 90°. The center of gravity of the whole
machine is low and the stability is good. Provide operators with
good visual field and spacious and comfortable working environment;
the overall shape is beautiful, and reflects the people-oriented
design concept.

The main accessories are purchased internationally. The diesel
engine, hydraulic pump, main valve, motor, travel reducer and key
hydraulic accessories are all selected from well-known brands at
home and abroad.

efficient construction of the drill.
3) Environmental protection
The diesel engine emission is the national third electronic
injection diesel engine, low pollution emission, professional noise
reduction design, so that drilling RIGS can be suitable for urban
construction.

The rig uses advanced load sensitive control technology to reduce
power consumption and system heat to a minimum.
2. Field of application
CR-12 drilling machine is mainly used for inclined and straight
hole drilling, which is suitable for geology, metallurgy, coal,
nuclear industry, hydrology and other industries. It is a core
drilling equipment mainly for diamond and hard alloy drilling.
Correct use and reasonable maintenance can give full play to the
best performance of the machine, can improve work efficiency, and
