Structure of multifunctional ultrasonic cleaning machine:
The inner groove of the single groove integrated ultrasonic
cleaning machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, SUS316L
stainless steel and TA1 pure titanium;
Stainless steel plate and anti-corrosion surface spraying plate can
be selected as the shape materials;
The ultrasonic frequency can be selected from 20-132khz, such as
20kHz, 33khz, 68KHz, 100kHz, 120kHz, etc. besides 28kHz and 40KHz.
The temperature control mode has mechanical knob type and digital
display type;
The structure of the whole machine can be divided into two types,
which are suitable for different industries;
Optional, suitable for different regions and different ways of
power supply.
Application of multifunctional ultrasonic cleaning machine:
Machinery industry: removal of anti rust grease, cleaning of
measuring tools, oil and rust removal of mechanical parts, cleaning
