Ultrasonic cleaning technology appeared in the early 1930s. At that time, technicians in a laboratory of American radio manufacturer in New Jersey tried to clean some objects with self-made simple ultrasonic cleaning equipment, but failed. It was not applied until the 1950s. The ultrasonic cleaning machine is mainly composed of ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic vibration plate and cleaning tank. In this process, shock wave is generated at the moment of bubble closure, which makes 1012-1013pa parametric pressure and local temperature around the bubble. The huge pressure generated by ultrasonic cavitation can destroy insoluble pollutants and make them differentiate into solution. The direct repeated impact of steam cavitation on the dirt achieves the effect of ultrasonic cleaning.
