Drawworks covers single shaft gear transmission, and three speed
chain transmission.
Drawwork is the core part of drilling rig. It is mainly used for
feeding drilling tools,lifting or laying down mast, triping in and
out drilling pipe, running in casing operation and so on.
Technical Features
■Electric single shaft drawwork:It is composed of the AC or DC motors, gear reducers, hydraulic
disc brake,the drawwork frame,the drum shaft assembly, automatic
bit feed equipment and drawwork control system.Compare with the
similar drawwork, the parts are few, the volume is small, the
weight is light; The drum shaft is driven by a DC electric motor or
a AC-VFD electric motor through the gear reducer(It is also
possible that two motors drive gear reducer), which may realize the
smooth velocity modulation in the o~140Hz scope. Use the two-stage
speed gear reducer transmission, the transmission efficiency is
high, the vibration is small, the noise is low, the service life is
long.Main brake is hydraulic disc brake, auxiliary brake is dynamic
brake or EATON brake.The drum is equipped with Lebus rope
groove,has the independent digital conntrol AC-VFD and the computer
automatic control system. Which may realize automatic bit
feed.Trip-in operating and drilling are monitored and analyzed on
the real-time, which realize the best drilling.
■DC motor drive chain drawwork:It is driven by DC motor, has dividing type or integral-type
structure; The drum high speed end, the drum low speed end are
equipped with the ventilated pneumatic tube clutch. Main brake is
hydraulic disc brake, auxiliary brake is electromagnetic eddy
current brake.Adopt the air control gears shift, the chain drive
structure. Chain lubrication is thin oil,bearing lubrication is
grease/The drum is machined with Lebus rope grove.Drawwork can be
equipped with automatic driller device.
■Mechanical drive drawwork:The drum high speed end,the drum low speed end are equipped with
the ventilated pneumatic tube clutch.The brake rims(or brake disc)
is forced to be cooled by circulating water, intermediate frequency
quenching is applied to the brake rims(or brake disc)surface, which
make the drum wearing resistance good and service life long.Main
brake is hydraulic disc brake or band brake,auxiliary brake is
electromagnetic eddy current brake or EATON brake (water-cooled or
air-cooled).All teeth gear shift clutchs are the involute spline
teeth clutch, the gear shift is the air cylinder or the pneumatic
tube clutch,easy. Simple and reliable to operate.The drum is
machined with Lebus rope groove. Drawwork can be equipped with
automatic driller device.
