Guide Plate is the main component of mud pump system. It is made from gray cast iron through a particular process using high-quality materials. Upper and lower guide is the slideway of crosshead. It is cast by the HT250, after two aging treatment to ensure its accuracy. Our guide plate is made of high quality material through specific process. Its mechanical properties reaches σ≥250MPa. Our company can produce guide plates of F series, 3NB series drilling mud pump. Our company's products have passed the American Petroleum Institute API7K certification, and passed the German Rhine third-party entity certification(TüV Rheinland AG)in December, 2014.
