Heavy Duty Pallets Higher Torque Motor Driven Roller

Heavy-duty chain-drive conveyors are designed for moving heavy items such as pallets, drums, and bulk containers in manufacturing, distribution, and other applications. Each conveyor has a bed of sprocketed rollers that are connected with drive chains and powered by an electric motor. The sprocketed rollers have teeth that engage with the drive chain to keep the chain from slipping, even in dirty or oily conditions that would cause belt-drive conveyors to slip. Powered drive sections and unpowered extensions can be connected to create a conveyor system. Powered roller conveyors minimize the effort it takes to move loads with rimmed or uneven bottoms from one place to another. The conveyor's roller spacing density affects the size of the items that can be conveyed on it. The smallest item on the conveyor should be supported by at least three rollers at all times.

1. Types: gravity roller conveyors, driving roller conveyors, electric roller conveyors, inclined conveyors and turning conveyors.

2. The standard diameters are Φ20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 38mm,42mm, 50mm, 57mm, 60mm, 76mm, 89mm, 110mm, 130mm etc.

3. The diameter of the turning conveyors are 300mm, 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm.

4. Frame of conveyor: carbon steel painted, stainless steel or Aluminum.
