High Efficiency Automatic Screen Printing Machine
Equipment use
This machine is suitable for screen printing of film buttons, PE
sheets and flat plates. For example, flexible circuit boards,
in-mold decoration, film buttons, mobile phone glass, handheld
computer glass, biological test pieces, light-emitting meters,
electronic components, etc.
Equipment structure
1. The printing stroke adopts servo motor, matched with linear
guide rail, running fast and stable, precise positioning, stroke
and speed numerical control setting to ensure high precision
printing requirements.
2. The lifting and lowering of the screen adopts a servo motor and
a ball screw drive, and is guided by a double linear guide, which
is fast and quiet.
3. Servo reclaiming, servo loading and unloading, servo sticking
dust, full data setting of equipment parameters (except air
pressure adjustment).
4. The alignment methods include centering, positioning pin, CCD,
etc., which can be selected according to customer needs.
5. There are three ways of discharging: suction, support and
clamping.
6. The equipment can be arbitrarily selected for loading,
unloading, loading and unloading, and can be used as a stand-alone
machine.
7. The equipment has compact design, small footprint, separate and
parallel operation of each process, fast speed, full servo and full
digital control, high precision and easy use.
