The machine adopt twisted rotary blades, maximum blades length 1200mm, 8 pcs rotary blades, 2 pcs stationary blades, 300 rpm, means around 4800 times cutting per minute, the input speed can be adjustable, hourly capacity up to 8000KG

Working Principles

The working principles of the machine is like a scissors, twisted rotary blade design, high-speed rotary cutting, make the cutter machine more efficient and energy-saving, the discharge port is designed with removable sieve mesh, the size of mesh can be customized as your final size request, totally meet your different and uniform discharge size request

Maintenance Tips

* Sharpening the knifes according to our suggestion
* Place the machine on a open and flat ground, avoid tilting
* Pleas running the empty machine for more than 30 minutes, to check if every parts running well
* Avoid metal and other solid materials, that may damage the cutting blad
