In some of the production lines, the products are too small or the surface is not smooth for the vacuum Depanner or needle Depanner, this kind of Depanner will more flexible to configure in the production line. Also, flip- over depanner available for Wooden frame cake/ Nagasaki cake.

The machine’s dimensions and the number of units are determined by the line capacity, pan sizes, layout, etc. Each machine is customized.

The depanner can be connected with automatic cakes or toast breads production line, able to handle a medium –high production capacity.

The flip-over frame can grabs a number of pans (depending on the machine’s capacity) and turns them upside-down, the empty pans are put back on return conveyor and the products are received and put on the cooling belt. During this motion, the baked products are prevented from falling out.
