Industrial Commercial Production Line Cookie Baking Steel Belt
Tunnel Oven
For industrial high capacity cookie production, the steel belt
tunnel oven is necessary, the cookie are deposited on the steel
belt directly and bake into oven. the heating system of tunnel oven
are direct heated and indirect heated.
OVEN BODY
1. The oven is constructed gas-tight baking tunnel, divided into
3m/ section with gas-tight
connection between sections,Each section is connected with a frame.
2. The baking tunnels are insulated with high-quality insulation
material, in order to reduce heat loss to a minimum.
3: View ports that can be opened are fitted at the oven sides for
every zone.
4: The operating panel is fitted near the oven out feed. Operation
can be from either right or left hand side.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The temperature is controlled in each baking zone independently ,
for both upper and bottom
flames. Each temperature reading be measured and displayed on touch
screen and temperature
controller.
STEEL BELT
1: Production transportation way: BY steel belt
2: Steel belt support: inside the oven: by Cast iron slide and
Graphite slide support the belt,
Outside the oven, by ldler rollers support the steel belt.
3: Steel belt off tracking control: automatic off tracking control
system, mainly be controlled pneumatically,assisted by the edge
guide rollers .
4: Steel belt cleaning: several doctor blades to clean the top side
of the steel belt and the cleaning
brushers to clean both sides of the steel belt.
5: Greasing steel belt: the greasing unit positioned at oven
entrance to grease the steel belt
automatically.
PLC CONTROL SYSTEM PLC
1: An OMRON PLC system is used for the oven production control.
2: The touch screen associated with PLC system is installed on the
side of oven for displaying the
operating conditions with related alarm messages if any.
3: The touch screen can be located on either the right or left-hand
side of the oven.
