Definition:
High Alumina Bricks is an aluminum silicate material which content
of more than 48% alumina. It is formed and calcined from alumina or
other raw materials with high alumina content. The advantage of
this material are high thermal stability, refractoriness above
1770℃,good slag resistance.rmal stability, fire resistance above
1770℃. It has good slag resistance and is used for lining
steel-making electric furnaces, glass melting furnaces, cement
rotary furnaces, etc.
This product has the advantages of low temperature creep, strong
corrosion resistance and good thermal shock stability.
High Alumina Bricks could be made Standard form, normal standard,
shaped and special shaped bricks.Can be used in various kilns
because of its cheapness and general tray package. Among all of the
refractory materials, it is the mostly used in the key
positions.Molding method: it has down draft kiln and tunnel kiln
and the general sintering temperature is 1360-1480 degrees. It is a
kind of aluminosilicate refractory product which aluminum oxide
(Al2O3) content is higher than 48%.

Application:
High Alumina Andalusite Fused Mullite Refractory Bricks that mainly used for lining blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, electric

open-hearth regenerative lattice bricks, plugs for pouring systems,
nozzle bricks, etc.
