Machine Features:

1. Unwind & splice:

• Raw splice at stable running & unwinding, manual or auto alternative.
• Splice speed can be setup by Interface.
• The diameter of material can be precisely adjusted while splice, save the raw.

2. Inspecting system:

• Raw jointer auto checking & rejecting
• Raw broken alarm & stop line
• SAP lower position alarm
• Hook side tape lacking detecting, auto rejecting.
• Spandex broken alarm
• Clothlike, Frontal on-line mark position.

3. Feeding control:

• Cellulose pulp feeding adopt servo control, Interface setup the feed-inquantity.
• SAP spray is servo control, continue working, interface setup the spray weight, lower position alarm.
• Elastic stretching rate is inverter control, interface setup.

4. Heating system:

• Rotary set temperature control by heating couple, & temp. unit.
• Heating rotary set adopt heating tube.
• Power track-in & signal output work by mercury rotary connector.
• Heating rotary set use pneumatic compress, auto lifting while line stop,manual control enabled.

5. Human-machine Interface:

• Interface install at machine middle position, English & Chinese language,Big-screen LED display.
• Raw materials lacking, jointer, splice, fans & vacuum pump jump-off, all display the real-time information.
• Auto rejecting & rejecting position can be setup
• Production speed(pcsmin), shift output, rejecting quantity, total capacity, are interface display.

6. Safety devices:

• Safety doors equipped
• Frontal & ear side E-stop & safety line.
• Speed-up & down, alarm device button, easy operation
• Safety plate install at die entrance.
• Glue applicators place on the second platform on the rear side

7. Rear side wire put into the groove, electric & electronic routes, independent switches.
8. Electronic voltage: 24V.
9. Spray & coat glue control, setup the rear upper platform.

• Pre-served hotmelt application position, spray & coat head keep 90 degree toward materials, hoses fix-up at rear side, perforated vertical through face board.
• Working with hotmelt units, auto glue spray & stop, manual control enabled.
