TZ Vertical Vibrating Centrifuge
The series product is efficient solid-liquid separation equipment
produced by introducing VC series vertical vibrating centrifuge
technology from American CMI Company, includes TZ-12 and TZ-14, and
is suitable for dehydration of clean coal, middlings and other
solid-liquid mixed slurry with granularity of 0.5~75mm. The series
product has advantages of low dynamic load, long sieve basket life,
stable operation, convenient operation and maintenance and low
noise, etc.
Vertical centrifuge is a kind of efficient solid-liquid separation
equipment, which is composed of feeding device, separation system,
filtration silo, discharging silo, transmission system, washing
device and electronic control device.
The whole system of the vertical centrifuge cleverly uses the dual
action of centrifugal force and gravity to realize the continuous
work of the equipment and achieve a high working efficiency.The
slurry enters the centrifuge from the feed port, and is subjected
to the centrifugal force in the separation system. The solids are
intercepted through the filter screen, and the liquid enters the
filter silo through the screen and is discharged from the mother
liquid port.The solid moves downward under the action of gravity
and centrifugal force, and enters the lower section through the
discharge bin.In the process of movement, the washing system is
pumped into the washing liquid to wash the solid.All power is
driven by an electric motor.During the separation process, the
residence time of solids in the separation system can be controlled
by adjusting the feeding speed and the relative positions of each
part of the separation system, so as to meet the specified
requirement of solid water content.

Classification
A centrifuge is a machine that uses centrifugal force to accelerate
the separation of different materials.Centrifuge is widely used in chemical, petroleum, food,
pharmaceutical, mineral processing, coal, water treatment and
shipping departments.
The main principle of the filter centrifuge is through the
centrifugal force generated by the high-speed running centrifugal
drum (with appropriate filter material), the liquid phase in the
solid-liquid mixture is accelerated out of the drum, and the solid
phase remains in the drum, to achieve the effect of separation of
solid and liquid, or commonly known as the effect of dehydration.
The main principle of the sedimentation centrifuge is to accelerate
the sedimentation rate of the components with different specific
gravity (solid phase or liquid phase) in the mixed liquid through
the powerful centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation
of the rotor, so as to separate the materials with different
sedimentation coefficient and buoyancy density in the sample.
Centrifuge is widely used in mineral processing, coal, water
treatment and shipbuilding sectors.
The selection of the centrifuge depends on the size and
concentration of the solid particles in the suspension (or
emulsion), the density difference between the solid and the liquid
(or both liquids), the viscosity of the liquid, and the properties
