Typically, check valves consist of a valve mechanism that maintains the seal of the head when the pressure in the head is higher than on the side of the compressor. As a result of this design, faulty check valves may sometimes leak at lower pressures but not at higher pressures.

Clean the return oil check valve

(2) Function of return oil check valve:

(4) Cleaning return oil check valve: clean valve body, spring, steel ball, steel ball seat with cleaning agent. Some check valves also have filter net inside. If there is any, clean together.

(5) Assembly of return oil check valve: install check valve according to the reverse steps of disassembly.

(6) The check valve shall be put aside to be loaded into the air compressor after the whole cleaning process is completed
