1, Glass cermic, Emax porcelain restorations do not have a metal
core. This product is fixed prosthetics. When no metal here,
compared to PFM, this means that adjoining gum will show no dark
metal edges. Glass Ceramic enables light to shines through similiar
to natural teeth providing natural looking aesthethics. We can make
glass ceramics, or emax(from IPS) in crowns, lower anterior bridges
within three units, veneers, inlay and onlays. This product is
already scientifically and clinically proven for years to be safe,
no side effects. Cementation materials are also tried and tested.
2, Now our glass ceramic/emax products can be produced by the PRESS
technique and glass ceramic can also be produced by the CAD/CAM
technique. CAD/CAM technique is considerably higher strength
compared with competitive glass and hybrid ceramics(press
technique).
3, Material used for Emax Press technique is from Ivoclar, materials
we used for glass ceramic are biocompatible, material contains
lithium disilicate glass-ceramic. It offers great fitness, perfect
form and function. In addition, they offer improved flexural
strength (500 MPa). Depending on its characters, we normally use this product on
anterior teeth.
4, Pretty and life like esthetics is the best quality of glass

| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or
digital case to us: |

a. Fill in an ordersheet,write as much detailed information as
possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, dentine color, single crowns or bridge, color, etc. |
| b. Working impression (model) and opposite impression (model),
study impression (model) if necessary. |
| c. Bite registration (if necessary) and pictures if necessary. |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant,
including lab parts. |
e. Please prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose
whichever shipping courier is available, such as DHL, UPS or
Fedex). You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for the
Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. You can contact our
