3 Inch DMF-Y-76S BFEC Submerged Pulse Valve For Dust Collector
Submerged pulse jet valve for pulse jet dust bag filter. This type
of pulse valve using submerged in the air bag in the structure,
compared with other structure, reducing the channel resistance,
reducing the supply pressure blowing spray, which can be applied in
low pressure situations, and can reduce energy consumption and
extend the membrane life.
Product Structure:
Housing: valve housing and cover are made of die cast aluminum
alloy, good appearance, high intensity, to ensure that no air
leaks. Pressure flow channel valve design is reasonable, the valve
opening and closing and basically located in the air bag, truly a
"submerged" by the air bag directly into the air injection tube,
which really achieve the low pressure, high volume injection
requirements.
Solenoid valve: a large displacement of the diaphragm in a short
time can be 0.08 to 0.1 seconds to ensure the opening degree of the
valve . Optional imported materials developed synthetic rubber
diaphragm when applied to a cold climate. Operating temperature
between -40 ℃ to 55 ℃, and ensures the longest working life.
