Ceramic welding backing is Features:
1. Alumina wear-resistant sheet has high hardness
Its Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, which is second only to diamond
and far exceeds the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and
stainless steel.
2. Alumina wear-resistant sheet has excellent wear resistance
Its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese
steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. According to
our customer follow-up survey for more than ten years, under the
same working conditions,

times.
3 Alumina wear-resistant sheet. Light weight
Its density is 3.6g/cm3, which is only half that of steel, which
can greatly reduce equipment load.
4. Alumina wear-resistant sheet has strong bonding and good heat
resistance
Wear-resistant ceramic sheets are pasted on the inner wall of the
equipment with heat-resistant super glue. It can be operated for a
long time without aging at 350℃. It is used as an inorganic
adhesive for cementing products.
The temperature is 750℃. The temperature resistance and adhesion
performance indicators of the adhesive are far ahead in China.
