Beer can filling-sealing 2-1 machine is a filling sealing 2 in 1
machine designed combined with the actual situation in our country
after the introduction and absorption.
It adopts isobaric filling principle and filling valve adopts high
precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of fast filling
speed, high precision in liquid level and realizing that it only
starts to filling when there is a can, otherwise it will stop
filling. Using the device structure of filling valve precover
device plus supporting can bottom device, it can guarantee the
maximum stability of cans when they passing in and out of the
filling machine. Filling cylinder braces use worm-gear box going up
and down to satisfy cans of different height. Float switches in the
filling cylinder ensure a smooth liquid inlet.
The main transmission adopts gear transmission belt and gear box
type exposed drive combination with advantages of high efficiency,
low noise and smooth operation. It adopts frequency conversion
steeples speed regulation and is controlled by PLC industrial
computers. Sealing machine and filling machine are connected by
hooks coupling universal coupling to make sure them a same working
pace.

Q1: Where is your factory? How can I visit there?
A1: Our location is No.66, Baixiong Road, Sanxing Town,
Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, China
Our factory is nearby from Shanghai City, if you fly from abroad,
we can pick you up at the airport.
Q2: What's your payment stipulation?
A2: Our standard payment is 30% of the total amount for deposit,
pay the balance before the shippment. For the others,
we can further discuss.
Q3: Do you have technicians for installation?
A3: We are responsible for the installaion in your country, you can
also arange your staffs to our factory to learn how to operate the
complete line.
Q4: How about the spare parts?
A4: We will send one year enough easy broken spare parts together
with the machines when shipping, In the course of the warranty
time, we can delivery you including the cost and fees.
<1>Installation, debug
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, place the
equipment according to plane layout we offered. We will arrange
seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test
production at the same time make the equipment reach the rated
producing capacity of the line. The buyer need to supply the round
tickets and accommodation of our engineer, and the salary.
<2>Training
Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of
training is structure and maintenance of equipment, control and
operation of equipment. Seasoned technician will guide and
establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer
could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the
process and treat different failures.
