Product Description:
RCGF series juice filling line is used to produce PET bottled juice
within the volume from 200ml-2000ml.different models can satisfy
various requirement of output from 1500B/H to 25000B/H.this machine
incorporates ringsing,filling and capping into one kind of
full-automatic equipment.It is suitable for producing PET and
Plastic bottled juice and tea.The method of filling adopts hot
filling .The equipment is fitted with advanced Mitshbishi PLC to
control the operation and cooperated by frequency converter of the
main motor.it makes the operation more stable and reliable.the
photoelectric sensor is used to detect operating confitions of each
section,which makes the operation of this equipment highly
automatic and convenient.
Product Features -
Full filling avoids the bottle distorted after cooling and reduces
dissolved oxygen at the maximum degree.product storage hopper and
feed system adopts reasonable product feed design(constant
flow,constant pressure,no foaming).product hopper with reasonable
structure(exhaust,fully close,temperature can be detected).medium
and high speed line adopts product distributor instead of large
liquid carousel,which can be cleaned completely by pressure
cleaning with CIP.sanitary filling valve system umbrella-flow type

Washing Parts.
1). The rotary disk is fully made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2). Using company original tilting bottle clip, bottle clamp stuck
bottleneck.
3). Using imported special efficient spray nozzle.
Filling Parts.
1). The washing bottle, filling, sealing are connecting with
bottleneck transportation methods.
2). The rotating disk is all made of SUS304 stainless.

Capping Parts.

Air Conveyor.
- Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the
top.

equipment according to plane layout we offered. We will arrange

tickets and accommodation of our engineer, and the salary.

training is structure and maintenance of equipment, control and
