Product Description:
Small bottle juice washing filling and capping machine adopts
advanced Programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the
automatic running of the machine. The input bottle adopts air
conveying device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed way,
which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the
output bottle running more stable and reliable. The photoelectrical
inspection of the running condition of various parts makes a higher
automation and convenient operation. It is the ideal first-choice
equipment of beverage manufacturers.
Product Features -
1. The whole machine adopts the design of stuck bottleneck
suspension operation mode so that the bottle is stable and reliable
under high-speed operation, and at the same time, the number of
changed parts is greatly reduced, making it more convenient and
fast when changing the bottle type.
2. A new generation of stainless steel flip bottle clamp is adopted
so that the clamp does not contact the upper part of the thread of
the bottle mouth, and a spray head is provided so that the inner
wall of the bottle can be rinsed fully without dead corners.
3. Adopting advanced gravity filling principle, the filling is
fast, stable, and accurate.
4. Adopt magnetic torque type capping head to realize capping and
capping. The capping torque is infinitely adjustable, the sealing
is tight and reliable, and the cap is not hurt.
5. The whole machine adopts man-machine interface touch screen
buttons, PLC computer control, and is equipped with a cover missing
and overload protection alarm device, which can find and eliminate
faults in time and have a high degree of production automation.
6. The parts in contact with water are made of high-quality
stainless steel, and the main electrical components are all
products of well-known international manufacturers.
Washing Parts.
Rinsing empty bottle, filling, and capping functions are integrated
in one system, fully automatic synchronized working.Bottle travels
on neck to neck from in-feed till out-feed resulting scratch free
movement of bottle.

Pressure or vacuum filling nozzles deliver fast, efficient, and
accurate dispensing with minimal dripping and leakage.
Capping Parts.

Air Conveyor.
- Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the
top.
- Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent
dust blown into bottles.
- Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into
filling machine by blowing power.

<1>Installation, debug
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, place the
equipment according to plane layout we offered. We will arrange
seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test
production at the same time make the equipment reach the rated
producing capacity of the line. The buyer need to supply the round
tickets and accommodation of our engineer, and the salary.

Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of
training is structure and maintenance of equipment, control and
operation of equipment. Seasoned technician will guide and
establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer
could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the
process and treat different failures.
