A: Please provide design artwork in AI or PSD file with layered
graph.
♦ Q: If I do not have design, can you make design for me?
A: Yes, we can make design for you by our experienced designer. And
it is for free.
♦ Q: Can I get samples of my own design before placing the bulk order?
A: Yes, of course. But there will be mold fee and cost to run the machine as well as
the freight, which should be paid by customer.
♦ Q: Should we need to pay the mold cost again when we reorder next time?
A: No, it's just one time fee if the design do not change and it will be used for long time.
