The GW series ultrasonic plastic welding machine is equipped with a
digital ultrasonic generator and control system, with the sixth
future-oriented generation iQS operating system, the whole series
of modular design, with a variety of welding modes. The welding
machine adopts the high-performance rigid square column structure
of metal mold casting, and the electric motor controls the rising
and falling of the frame, which is especially convenient and easy
to use. The ultrasonic generator is equipped with a USB interface
for welding parameter storage, quality QA diagnostic control
function, automatic frequency chase function, overload protection
function, fault alarm function, and so on.
