Q: Can we order sample before the mass production?
A: Yes. We will arrange the sample order and shipment to your
country directly.
Q: How do I know when you ship out our products?
A: All the shipment information and the tracking number will be
updated to customer after they are shipped out.
Q: How long is warranty for items?
A: Normally 12months from shipment.
Q: How do I know the samples we receive will be same with the mass
products?
A: We will keep extra same samples which was shipped to customers,
the mass production quality control will be applied according to
confirmed sample.
Q: How can we make high quality PCBA products?
A: · Strict incoming material inspection control and management.
· Never change BOM indicated material brand without customer’s
permission.
Q: How to place the order?
A: Please confirm the items model and quantity you want to order
and confirm you do need shipment service with the sale
representative. We will send you the formal Proforma Invoice(PI)
for your confirmation. Customer will be suggest to send us the
Purchase Order(PO) for last confirmation. We will arrange the
production after we receive 30% deposit, 70% balance before
shipment.
