| Using steps: | 1. Set the microwave on medium to high heat, not more than 5

Attention:
- Must apply the heat patch onto the outside of your underclothes
never use it directly on your skin!!
- The heat patch can achieve 58 degrees centigrade, and it can
continually give out heat for 10 to 12 hours, so do not use it when
you sleep in night.
- Keep the heat patch in safe situation, do not damage the packing.
That will lead to the inside material leak.
- Store the heat patch in dry place, lucifugal place, which beyond
child reaching.
