Introduction:

Supercritical CO2 drying equipment can produce aerogel products. The aerogel produced by this method has stable properties.
Aerogel products are currently the lightest materials and can be used as insulation materials:

2. Excellent thermal insulation performance, thermal conductivity at room temperature can reach 0.012w/m·K.
3. Excellent temperature resistance, able to withstand temperatures of thousands of degrees.

Device Description:
1, The extractor cover of this plant uses hydraulic pressure quick opening structure.
2, The max-working extraction pressure of the equipment is 220bar, max-working extraction temperature is 70℃,and
the effective volume of the material basket is 2000L.
3, The rubber and plastic foam material are used on all pressure vessels and pressure pipes to keep temperature,
outside is thin stainless steel, which will make our device beauty.
4, The extract, separate pressure and temperature can be automatic and remote controlled by PLC.
