1.General introduction:
1. Corn flake is one kind of crisp foods, it has the advantages of
good rehydration performance, silky mouth feel and aroma taste.
Corn flake adopts corn powder as raw material; sugar, vitamins,
mineral as additive. Make flake by adequately extruding, cooking,
shaping and drying. The finished production is nourishing, which
can replace traditional breakfast cereal food perfectly.
2. The processing lines output is100-150kg/hr, 200-250kg/hr and
300-500kg/hr.
3. Extruder screws quantity is two.
4. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be
cleaned.
5. The screws material is 38CrMoAl, which is wear-resisting.
6. The processing line needs two workers to operate.
7. We advice the plant area is no less than 200 square meters, the
length is no less than 30 meters.
