Operation Instruction for 19.6KN / 2T Labor-saving Elephant Single Chain Hand Chain Pulley Block Hoist

Before using, the product should be checked carefully on following spare parts, such as hooks, load chain, brake device and lubrication of the block. Only everything is under nomal condition, the chain pulley block can be put into operation.

Six rules should be followed for safe operation:

1. Don't lift any load exceeding rated capacity of the chain block.

2. Don't pull the goods or load up too high or too low.

3. Don't drag aslant the load.

4. To avoid any accident, working or passing under a lifting load is banned.

5. Don't use the chain block when the load chain is kinking.

6. In case of the hand chain failing to move, don't pull it voilently, but stop using it immidiately, then to check and maintain.
