It provides easy load control using a push-button control box or remote control (a control pendant or wireless remote control). Details:

JM/JK electric winch is a small and lightweight winch machine with simple structure. It mainly consists of electric motor, rope, drum, transmission system, brake and control system.

Electric motor – for general engineering winches, IP44 protected electric motor is used.

Rope – there are two main factors involving in the rope capacity, length and diameter. Wire rope and synthetic rope are available for you to choose from.

Drum – it is a cylindrical device designed to store the rope as well as wind the rope in and out during winching operation.

Transmission system – different types of transmission system are available, including worm gearbox, spur gearbox and planetary gearbox. The selection of winch transmission is determined by your required efficiency and how much torque is going to be transmitted.

Brake – the winch can be delivered with motor brake, transmission brake and drum brake.

Control system – the winch is normally equipped with a control box that comprises up/down push buttons and emergency stop. Remote control is available for a much safer winching operation.
