This machine is an automatic filling machine for powder and small particles, which can complete automatic bottle positioning, filling and metering. It consists of a filling head, a chain conveyor belt and a positioning device. It uses servo motors, PLC and Touch screen control, easy operation and high stability. It can be combined with bottle unscrambler, capping machine, labeling machine, etc. to form a complete filling line. It is suitable for packaging powder and small particle materials, such as powder, small granule medicines, veterinary drugs, glucose, condiments, solid beverages, carbon powder, talcum powder, pesticides, etc.

Features:

1 The exterior of the whole machine is made of stainless steel except for the motor; it can be easily removed and washed without tools.

2 The servo motor is used to drive the screw, which has the advantages of not easy to wear, accurate positioning, settable speed, and stable performance.

3 It adopts PLC control, which has the advantages of stable work, anti-interference, and high weighing accuracy.

4 The Chinese and English touch screen clearly displays the working status, operation instructions, fault status and production statistics, etc., and the operation is simple and intuitive.

5 Various product adjustment parameter formulas can be stored for later use, and up to 10 formulas can be stored.

6 Replacing the screw attachment can adapt to a variety of materials from ultra-fine powder to small particles.

7 Install a centrifugal device at the outlet of the flowing material to ensure accuracy, and install a dust suction device at the outlet of the dusty material to absorb the anti-spray dust.
