Carbon Brush effect:

The use of power tools stator windings brush and commutator contact as a conductive path again with the rotor windings connected in series, the current field and rotor windings in the stator winding currents generated by the interaction of the motor is rotated in a certain direction.

Carbon Brush Change Note:

If the new Carbon Brush put to a few minutes or a few hours of useless, Carbon Brush has found grinding mill finished or half a description of your rotor on fire , please replace the rotor. If the rotor does not change no matter how much carbon exchange , brush useless.
