| 1 | Bottle rinsing | Bottle-washing machine with the spring structure: when empty
bottles are automatically rotated in a 180°semi-circle on the track, it washes the bottle insidein a complete and efficient way. Rinsing water is pumped into every filling nozzle, make sure the
water can wash the bottle inside well. |
| 2 | Bottle filling | This system is constituted with filling tank, main shaft part,
bottle holding ascending and falling part, filling valves. No bottle no filling, save water. Micro negative pressure filling, more efficient filling way. All water contact parts are made of high quality stainless steel. Liquid level stabilizing device, help control water level. |
| 3 | Capping | Advanced cap-tightener structure: magnetic force is used in
cap-tightener. Torque is adjusted in line with various caps, which
is suitable for all kinds of plastic caps. Tooth profile device is
used in choosing caps. Checking device is set at the bottom slide.
