Gabion Wire Mesh introduction:
Woven gabion baskets are made of high quality steel wire, which has
2 types of fabrication: double or triple twist fabric.
Compared with welded gabion baskets, woven gabion baskets are
flexible and variable, have durability for a long service life.
1) Material: high quality low carbon steel wire, galvanized wire
and PVC coated wire.

3) Mesh opening: 60*80mm; 80*100mm; 100*120mm
4) Inner wire diameter: 2.0mm--4.0mm
5) Selvedge wire diameter: 3.0mm--5.0mm
6) Lacing wire diameter: 2.0mm--4.0mm
7) Commen wire specification(inner*selvedge*lacing wire):
2.2*2.7*2.2mm; 2.7*3.4*2.2mm;

8) Surface treatment:
a. Hot dipped galvanized: galvanized steel wire tensile strength
350-550 mpa/mm2 ,
zinc contect max up to 350g/m2
b. Galfan coating (Zn-5%Al-MM or Zn-10%Al-MM): steel wire tensile
strength 350--550 mpa/mm2 ,
corrosion resistance is 3 times of galvanized.
c. Hot dipped galvanzied+PVC coated
d. Galfan coating+PVC coated
