can automatically finish the folding and shaping operations of
carton top. The gluing operation of carton top and bottom is
synchronous which can save labor and time. The whole machine is
suitable to wide-range cartons with easy size adjustment.
Paper Feeding
1. Steel Plate Welding.
2. The shaft is welded with seamless steel tube with wall thickness
of 20mm.
3. By using high-pressure fan feed paper, ensure the steady
feeding.
4. Central gluing and folding
5. Automatic gluing is adopted for gluing (Pneumatic gluing)
6. The folding part is pressed by prepressing wheel and forming
wheel. Secondary reinforced cardboard pressure line has accurate
position, cardboard does not break, in order to make the crease
pattern artistic.
7. Adopt cylinder to push out the finished product.
8. Correction with bearing eccentricity and stepless differential
correction make the folding more artistic.
9. Correction paper receiving section can be arbitrarily adjusted,
which can reduce the carton error.
10. The finished cartons are counted automatically with neat
shaping. After the output of the code, the cartons are delivered to
the pressing part smoothly and the carton can be packaged after
being pushed out.
