ZY120 direct forming Tube Mill high-frequency welded tube mill line is designed to produce Square and Rectangular tubes with size of □60×60 – □120×120mm, tube's wall thickness of 1.8mm–6.0mm.

Directly Forming to Square or Rectangular Tube: The Linear cage forming for square and rectangular tubes, can carry out the forming change operation in a very short time and without any replacement of rolls.

Advantage of the line: full automatic operation, Easy adjustment, good weld seam quality. Rigid machine structure. Easy operation and maintenance.

Technical assistance for production, quality control and maintenance by training of operators and document can be provided together with machine supply upon request, which is essential to ensure the highest quality of pipes and productivity.
