General technical information:

BV.F series butterfly valve is developed for the applications of powder/granule. The valve body uses high pressed die-cast aluminum,the disc is a rotary valve plate made of SINT® polymerization engineering material or cast iron materials. Equipped with NBR rubber sealing, and such a soft-touch sealing system is very suitable for the applications dealing with powder/granule materials, especially for abrasive materials. In those plants or systems which require gravity conveyor or pneumatic conveying, the BV. F butterfly valves are ofter built in the hopper, silo, outlet of screw conveyor and pneumatic duct.
BVF butterfly valve equipped with an extended ring underneath for installation of flexible sleeve. Manual level driver or pneumatic driver kit is available separately according to application requirements. Industrial design integrated with special polymer material makes the BV. F butterfly valve have the special characteristics with compact structure, wearable disc, long life sealing and easy installation and maintenance
