1. The insulation part use high aluminum porcelain C120 , glaze color grey .

2. Metal cap are made of ductile iron ,metal pins are made of forged steel .

all the metal fittngs are hot-galvanized .

3. Each piece of insulators are routine tested , test items including:

​ routine tension load strength test , which will apply 50% of rate mechanical strength withstand 1 minutes . after this test , we conduct routine flashover test , will check each piece of insulators one by one , to sort defect unit out.

Instructions:

1.We can supply insulators according to IEC standards, ANSI standards, BS standards or customers' specifications.

2. Porcelain glaze color can be made as brown and gray.
