PVC copper insulated power cable
1. Use standards and scope
It has the characteristics of stable performance, advanced
technology, rich material resources, low price, good flexibility,
and easy laying and maintenance. It is suitable for laying AC50HZ
for power distribution lines, with a nominal voltage of 10kV and
below. We can produce cables according to GB, IEC, BS, VDE, AS/NZS,
ICEA, JIS.
2. Special features used
1. The long-term allowable working temperature of the cable
conductor does not exceed 70°C.
2. When short-circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5
seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not
exceed 165'C.
3. The level difference of laying cables is not limited. When
laying cables, the ambient temperature should not be lower than
0'C.
4. Good chemical stability, acid and alkali resistance, alkali
resistance, salt resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance,
flame retardant.
5. Light weight, good bending performance, easy installation and
maintenance.
3.Installation conditions:
During cable laying, the ambient temperature must be higher than
0°C. The allowable bending radius should not be less than 15 times
the outer diameter of the cable. In addition to direct burial, it
can also be used in tunnels, cable trenches, cable trays, cable
trays and cable shafts.
4.Application
It is suitable for transmission and distribution lines in important
places such as high-rise buildings, railway transportation,
hospitals, shopping malls, exhibition halls, carports,
entertainment venues, and data centers.

5.Performance and advantages
1. Fire performance:
—The cable has excellent fire resistance. It complies with the
highest fire resistance rating of 950℃3h specified by British
Standard BS6387. In addition, it can withstand water mist and
mechanical shock. As a result, it exceeds the fire resistance
requirement of 750°C for 90min specified in GB/T19216.21 and
GB/T19216.11.
2. Longer continuous length:
—The length of single-core and multi-core cables can meet the power
requirements. The continuous length of each cable can exceed 1000m.
3. Larger cross-sectional area:
The maximum cross-sectional area of a single-core cable can be
630mm². The maximum cross-sectional area of a multi-core cable
can be 300mm².
4. Flexibility:
-The cable can be coiled in the cable trough. Bending radius≤20D (D
represents the outer diameter of the cable)
5. Smokeless and non-toxic during combustion:
—The cable will not produce harmful gas or cause secondary
pollution. This is an environmentally friendly product.
6. Good safety performance:
—Fireproof cables can maintain normal power in the flame, so people
can use fire-fighting equipment and escape facilities. In this way,
personal safety will be reliably guaranteed and economic losses
will be reduced.
7. Long service life:
—Inorganic insulating materials have the function of high
temperature resistance and anti-aging. Its service life is many
times that of organic insulated cables. In normal operation, its
maximum service life will exceed 100 years.
