Transparent Mahattan Fold TPU Custom Printed Fabric Labels

TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) clothing labels are a new way to show off your logo, care/content and size labels. This is the same type of material that is currently used for cellphone and smartpad cases. These are extremely popular for swimsuit labels. These labels are special because they are transparent, which will make them less intrusive to the consumer. They have a soft feel, are resistant to oil, grease and high temperatures. This makes them highly durable but comfortable next to skin. Recently TPU became a kind of popular material for clothing labels, with printing LOGO or washing mark, which are extensively used on swimwear and underwear.

Fading is a common dilemma that faces swimwear manufacturers. Not only does the constant exposure to harsh sun, chlorine or saltwater cause a sever increase in the loss of color to the material but also triggers a higher incidence of fading to the care and content printed labels. Even woven labels will fade much faster on items that are subject sun, water or chemicals such as
fabric dye.
One option to consider is our white polyester non-dye material. This material and ink are manufactured to resist color dye
