Spray Humidifier System Main function

1.Adjust the moisture of the base paper, effectively control the board bending caused by uneven moisture of the base paper in the production process.

2 Compensation of moisture, prevent the dry weather, water shortage caused by cardboard burst line.

3. Increase the flexibility or corrugated paper, prevent tile paper due to dry caused by breaking bonding problems.

Spray Humidifier Sysrem Introduction to Components

1. High-pressure plunger pump imported from Italy is used for atomization (no compressed air source is needed) with high pressure.
Atomized particles are fine and the nozzle is drip-proof. Spray size can be controlled by frequency converter.

2. The control and operation power supply is 24V safe voltage to ensure the safety of working in damp environment.

3. Manual automatic automatic switching, automatic stop stop spray.

4.Nozzle switch is controlled independently.
